Refund policy

Products sold through this Shopify shop are digital downloads. Because a digital file cannot be returned, purchases are generally final, and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after purchase.

If you do not receive your download, receive the wrong file, or cannot open the file, please email pam@pamsdenofcreativefun.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase when possible. We will respond within five business days and help you access the file or provide a corrected copy. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method.

There is nothing to ship back. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
