About
Pam: Creative Engagement Specialist
With over 40 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Pam Fox Denzler
brings heart, hands-on knowledge, and advocacy to every project she leads. Inspired by her twin sister Paula, who had cerebral palsy, Pam’s career has been grounded in personal experience and professional passion.
She specializes in adapted leisure and creative exploration for adults with
developmental disabilities. Her work empowers caregivers, families, and support staff to find meaningful ways to engage individuals through accessible tools, inclusive activities, and multi-sensory experiences.
Pam is the founder of Pam’s Den of Creative Fun, a community where creativity meets possibility. Through her initiatives—including The Den of Possibilities and participation in the Made to Matter initiative — Pam helps others see the extraordinary in everyday materials, and the value in every person’s contribution.
Paula: The Inspiration
Pam and Paula are twin sisters whose bond runs deep. Paula was born with Cerebral Palsy, and her joyful spirit and determination helped shape Pam’s life’s work. Pam, now an Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of experience, draws inspiration from their childhood moments of shared play, laughter, and connection. Through their story, Pam continues to advocate for creativity, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to participate in meaningful ways.
