We all need to take time to refuel and recharge.....don't you think?
Taking time to reconnect with family and friends sure is a great way to recharge the batteries, and just take time for enjoyment and fun. I did that just this past week. Not a long trip, but an extended long weekend with family.
Snuggles, laughter, messy hands crafting, oh and fun baking too! That is what I call lots of enjoyment!
This gives me opportunity to clear the mind a bit, and refuel with creative ideas to experience and share with others.
Before we left for the vacation, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Some in a good way, but too many ideas in your head can make it a bit messy for sure. When you get support from others, those that understand your vision, you feel much more empowered to continue to move forward, try new ideas and perspectives and continue to advocate for those that you provide service to.
I feel we need to support all inviduals, with all different needs and levels of abilities. We all have so much to offer eachother, help others in finding their direction, their passion, and support their abilities. Whether you are an individual that is able bodies, or an individual with many limitations, you have much to offer everyone in your own unique way.
I sure was on the lookout for some decorated rocks from another part of the country, but didn't find any in the travels. Guess that is our cue to continue to create and leave those little tidbits of art for others to find and cherish. And lots of other fun creative trinkets too!!
So, now that I am back from a short hiatus, let's continue on our journey to create, explore, assist with individual's pursuits of interest, and just be creative and have fun.
